Spring Break!

For spring break I usually don’t go anywhere. But this year I went to the Wisconsin Dells with my friend Dani and her family! (Dani L. is a Mipster!) It took us four hours in the car to get there, but it was worth it. We put on our bathing suits and started off at the first section of the water park called the Klondike Kavern. (Yes, there’s more than one water Park!) There was a huge play scape area with water every where! But the fun part was the actual water rides. The first ride we went on was called the HURRICANE! We waited 30 minutes to get on the ride, but it was worth it. You start in a pitch black tunnel and then literally drop down into a huge funnel where you are tossed around for a few seconds. Then the ride is over! It’s really scary and really fun. Next, we went over to the giant indoor wave pool. It was probably the best part of the of the whole vacation. We would wait for the waves to come on than run into the water and crash into the waves for about ten minutes. the waves would stop and we would wait for the fun to arrive again. we stopped with the water rides for the day and went to go get something to eat. We went to this steakhouse thinking it was going to be like….. well……. a small little steakhouse! But it was actually really fancy! The waiters placed the napkins on your lap, each poured us a glass of water, and gave us some really fancy bread and butter! They called everyone sir and miss when taking our order then gave us ANOTHER piece of bread! The meal was delicious! (So was the bread!) We got back to our condo and went to bed. We woke up got our suits on went to the wave pool for another fun day at the water   park! There was a whole other park that we didn’t get to the day before. So we went there after the wave pool. It was called the Wild West Water Park. It had another water play area and some really fun rides! The best ride was the BLACK HOLE! It was a single person ride where you go down a black tube really fast then end up in a huge open funnel with disco lights every where! You go around in the funnel a few times than drop out of a hole that ends the ride. It’s super fun! After that, We ate lunch and went back to the wave pool for a few hours than went back to the condo. We packed up our stuff, said our family goodbyes and drove home. These 2 days were packed with fun and I hope to do it again next year.
